Vice Cow, Randy Adams opened with prayer.

Visitors were recognized.

Randy asked for old business. There was not any old business.

GPresident, Dan Cathy was present and spoke about Chick-fil-a goals in 2008. Dan is looking at another homeless outreach mission in the Atlanta inner city.

Officers were elected and are as follows:

Our newly elected Vice Cow, John McGinn recognized Randy Adams for an outstanding year; "Our thanks go out to Randy for leading the herd for the past two years. Great job, Randy and you stepped up to lead the herd when you were needed. That's what I'm talking about. Be sure to be at the January meeting to receive "your just rewards.""

Officers:
Dan Cathy: Head Cow
John McGinn: Vice Cow
Linda Schmutzler: Secretary
Jeff Pritchett: Treasurer

Chairpersons:
Membership: Marilyn and Wayne Harris
Ride Captains: Gary and Sherry Kelley
Charity Development: Gary Eller
Sgt. at Arms: Jackie Brannen
Safety: Gene Ross
Club Chaplain: David Riner

The chairpersons are not elected, but have consented to act in the capacities listed. They don't make quite the same salary as do the officers, but are just as valuable.

John McGinn followed up the elections with these encouraging words: "We must be maturing as a group. Those coming forth and volunteering to serve the Herd evidence this. This is a welcomed gesture on the part of those offering. As stated before, many of those offering to help are fairly new to the Herd. The new leadership group will try to meet prior to the January meeting in an attempt to outline the goals for 2008. Be prepared to ride more, be active in the community, fellowship, and use your gifts to honor God."

One more 2007 Ride:
One more ride. The Chick-fil-A Bowl parade on December 31. If you haven't signed up yet, contact me. So far we have 26 bikes. 50 sounds like a good number and are manageable, so make the effort to support Chick-fil-A.

Chaplain, David Riner, presented the devotional.

David Riner closed in prayer.

Respectfully submitted by Gary Eller
