Fund Raiser

Cathy Gailey reviewed the April 28th fund raiser: Poker Run for Fayette County Cancer Society. This ride will start in Fayetteville and end in Griffin. Entry fee will be $25. The winning prize will be $500. Cathy also provided Moo Cow flags for $10 and Moo Cow Du Rags for $10.

Devotion

David Riner presented the devotion on 2 Samuel 23. David spoke of 33 great soldiers who supported King David's request for water out of Bethlehem. King David responded by pouring the water out as an offering of commitment. David led us to understand that commitment is like the 33 men who never looked back and the drink offering, when poured out would never come back. These are examples of our commitment to Christ and His to us.

Closing

David Riner closed in prayer.

Respectfully submitted by Gary Eller
